  I very much enjoy your emails/reviews and videos, thank you. However, you may want to support more genuine Australian retailers, instead of listing grey market importers such as digidirect, and offshore mobs such as B&H.

  This is the best lens I have ever owned, and I simply love it. As far as size/weight goes, a lot of photographers use the Nikon 70-200/f2.8, which is a nice lens to be sure, but THAT is a lens that is big and heavy. I sold my 70-200 and got the new 105, and I'm glad I did. Yes, the 105 is big and heavy, but it isn't as big and heavy as the 70-200, and the pictures you can make with the 105 are simply gorgeous. Plus--and I haven't studied any diagrams and data (and will not do so), but this new 105 seems to be incredibly sharp, and it seems very sharp even wide open. I really cannot find anything to knock about it, and I think we should be thankful Nikon built this.
