    Hi Matt, Welcome back in Oz. I have been using Lightroom and never been a fan of the uploading speed. Love the program how ever is slow especially with 800 plus 36meg images. Came across photo mechanic. It appears it's the for sports photographers who need quick processing on the fly. Super fast, 1-2 min to download 1000 plus images fast previewing & culling. Works seamlessly with Lightroom & photoshop. Have you thought of using it especially since you travel and are time poor. Love to see you in Brisbane.

    Just setting up my workspace and going to get a new computer to start. Initially I am getting a 2016 Macbook Pro 15" specd out with 1 Terabyte of SSD.
    Please comment on the specs for your Mac Pro, how many cores did you decide to go with?
