  You've got me going!
  I'm doing my project on Hands.
  The idea is to put it all together in a book form before April.
  I've got it planned out, now I only need to get shooting.

  Portraits and confidence.
  I usually focus on natural landscapes, cityscapes and urban spaces as well as focus stacking astrophotography and macros... however I have almost no abilities at taking portraits or controlling 'moody' lighting. I see some amazing people and faces and have a huge fear of just asking if I can take a picture (or just being sneaky) So my plan is...
  1) Take at least 1 GOOD portrait I'm happy with every week for 1 year, starting with my family.
  2) Build up my confidence and ask friends
  3) Shot in controlled lighting environments
  4) Photograph public at events
  5) End goal... have a collection of 52 (hopefully) amazing portraits that show clear improvement and have a better developed understanding of lighting
