    As an enthusiastic amature I have had the opertunity to photograph a few Pole Fit events in Sydney over the last couple of years. It is very chalenging with the porformers moving fast in low and complex lighting. This requires finding the best posible balance in the camera settings. I find post production in Light Room a crucial part of the process. I found this video really helpful as it confirms my experiences and highlightes the chalenges. This is, however, a really rewarding aspect of photography and the performers are amazing and really fit.
