  Would addition of VR to the current 24-70mm F2.8 be more sensible and user friendly? Or should Nikon work on a 24-85mm F2.8 insetad? A 24-70mm F2 would be gigantic and not easily to bring around in my opinion.

  My dream len would be 24-105mm f2.8 VR ED Nano coating and shorter than the current 24-70 f2.8.

  Hi Matt,
  I have a question regarding the lenses(non-AI) that I use on my Nikon F2. Is there a way to be able to use them on my D200 and still use them to shoot film. I have a 28mm f/3.5, 50mm f/1.4, and a sweet 105mm f/2.5 that are sitting in my bag. Thank you in advancefor any help you can pass along.

  I recently purchased the 24-70 f2.8. You are absolutely correct. This is a fantastic lens. I use it as my default lens. It's great for almost any photographic situation.
