Season 1 of Educating Tina was one of the most popular, and fun to make series we have ever done. And everyday we get requests for season 2.

You ask - we deliver!

Planning for season two has now commenced, and we want to hear your ideas for topics to cover, and challenges for Tina to undertake.

Leave us a comment below with your suggestions, and you can check out the previous season below!

I would love for Tina to take on a technique YOU haven't mastered yet - like trying her hand at miniaturizing effects (just as an example). So, she can experience firsthand the process you go through, as you also learn something through reading and experimenting (not from a formal teacher-driven lesson).

Here are some topics I would like to see Matt and Tina cover that falls inline with your intimate portraiture branding: boudoir, wedding boudoir, maternity boudoir and themed boudoir. A bit more challenging, senior boudoir (those over 50) this one may be of a challenge for you as well Matt.

Matt, in post above I forgot to mention, I would like you to cover the complete workflow from start (planning/designing) to end (Lightroom/Photoshop) and delivery to the client (presentation/packaging).

Underwater nude photography...you must check out Dr. Howard Schatz as he is remarkable. He left from being a world renowned retinologist to become this incredible world renowned photographer in NYC, Check out his wonderful books.

I'd be interested to see how you advise her to build a system, with her photographic needs and a budget in mind. Keen amateurs or pros starting out often have to compromise on quality with cost in mind.

Shooting on a budget adds an extra challenge - and you need some forward planning too.

This may seem weird. but I would like to see a challenge of reproducing a modern photographic version of a Masters Painting with a twist of the modern. for Example, Venus and Mars by Botticelli, Creation of Adam by Michelangelo, or even Winter by Giuseppe Arcimboldo. Something unique that shows the aspects of the original but adds modern or technological twist.

Using examples of several different types of shots (ie...landscape, objects, nighttime, portraits...) walk us through the entire camera set up process for each type of shot. Explain the why's of why the ISO, SS, f-stop settings were selected for each shot.

Hi, I’d like to know how much time did tina actually spend practising each day or week to get to the level she is at now, and what level is that? As I practise but don’t see any improvement in myself, and no, I’m not being overly hard on myself.

I love Tina .. All I can say is im impressed on how fast she has come. I really like her photos and she over came her shyness of the camera lol too cute .

I like Tina to shoot more on her own without help as I think pressure would help her learn

I like to see her deal with flash .and doing self portraits .. from set up to trouble shooting it be fun to she her figure out what works and what doesn't

How about abstract body images, say macro shots of one small area, say a toe, an ear, or a nipple.

Love to see Tina producing/shooting a time for prints/CD shoot.
E.g. how to source models, MUA, what each party does, who provides what and stuff to watch out for, what usage rights the photographer shares with the other artists etc.
I know a shoot like this probably varies from shoot to shoot and with different participants, but a representative shoot, with commonly employed practice would be really useful for those like me who are trying to take a step up from total amateur working only with people we know personally to a "higher" level.

    Thanks
    Jason
