I always had a love for photography , growing up with polaroid cameras was fun and you didn't have to wait to get your film developed. When i turned 15 years old i got into music, joined a band and basically have been the "Wedding Singer" for the last 25 years. At all our gigs i would always sit next to the Photographer and chat about his camera and studio etc.. Thinking i wish i was doing that instead of the band.So after 25 years i had enough of the band and said from now on im going to spend my weekends doing what makes me happy. So 10 months ago i sold all my musical instruments and stage equipment and spent the money on, well everything you see in my bag. Started off with a nikon D3100 which i gave to my daughter after upgrading. Spent the first 4 months watching photography youtube videos until my head nearly exploded, set up a studio in my garage and took photos every single day. I still have alot to learn but i'm improving. I'm very lucky to have a hairdresser and makeup artist in the house (my daughters) so we are always doing shoots and all improving at the same time. I have had a few paid gigs and looking at getting into wedding photography.

My favourite lens is the 24-70mm & 50 mm 1.4, I love my SB910 and use the Yongnuo as strobes, bought a loupe after watching your video, what a big help that is (thanks for the info) looking at getting a bigger bag "Airport International".The D600 rocks i love it. I use the D7000 with the 70-200 for sports to get that extra reach with the DX format. I use the D7000 with the 18-200 lens for family outings too. I always shoot Raw & Jpeg. I'm not a fan of tripods only use them for long exposures.
