Terms and Conditions:

Payment: 

$1200 non refundable deposit due at time of reservation.

$1600 payment due 30 days after reservation made, or before May 1, whichever is sooner

$1600 payment due 30 days after reservation made, or before June 1, whichever is sooner

Balance due, including single supplement, before July 1

 

5% paypal surcharge for all but initial payment
$100 discount for up-front payment in full via bank transfer or USD cheque, inquire with Jonathan for details.

Total package price $5,500 

Early bird discount price $5,200 available until May 15, 2015.

All prices based on double occupancy / sharing basis. 

Single supplement $600

 

Refunds:

If the trip is cancelled for any reason at any time by Matthew Granger or Jonathan Stewart, or if the trip does not proceed due to insufficient participants, you will receive a 100% refund on your deposit paid.   

Should you need to cancel, you will receive 100% of your payment minus the initial non-refundable deposit, if before March 1, 2015, and 80% the initial non-refundable deposit between March 1 and April 1, 2015, a 50% refund of the initial non-refundable deposit between April 1 and June 1, 2015, and no refund after June 1, 2015.

We will have group travel insurance to cover our travel within Mongolia, however we strongly reccommend that you take out your own comprehensive travel insurance.  We recommend you purchase your travel insurance within 10 days of your initial payment, so that your trip deposit will be covered in the event you need to cancel for a covered reason.  We recommend the website insuremytrip.com.  Look for “Package Policies” and choose one that provides a minimum of $100,000 in emergency rescue/evacuation coverage. 

You are advised not to purchase your international air tickets until you receive confirmation from Matthew Granger or Jonathan Stewart that the minimum group size has been reached and that the trip will proceed as planned.
