Z LENS TESTING

In this video I compare the 24-70mm f4 Z lens to the 24-70mm f2.8G lens and the 35mm f1.8 Z lens to the Tamron 35mm f1.8 VC.

Tested on their native mount cameras the Z7 and the D850.

Nikon Z6 and Z7 have arrived...

Sony threw down the gauntlet, and Nikon have responded beautifully with these two cameras - which go up directly against the a7iii and a7Riii.

We have a new contender to the Mirrrorless Crown. The Z7 Nikon is a 45.7mp mirrorless sporting XQD memory (single card), with all the bells and whistles, and it is a direct competitor to the Sony A7R3.

Sony threw everything at the A7iii and managed to keep it under $2000 USD. Nikon has responded with the Z6 - and I have to say, it looks pretty fantastic. Class leading EVF and LCD screens, fast, with killer video features. Only two obvious let downs are that the Z6 has an OLPF (Z7 doesn't) and that it has only a single card slot - XQD.
