Hey Matt. I'm a film shooter and would like to do the competitions. I know you require an EXIF for the photograph, which basically disqualifies a majority of film shooters from the contests. I did some research and found a program that can make the EXIF specifically for film shooters, and I would like to share the link:
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/analogexif/

Now, I know it doesn't solve the other problem, which is a RAW file, but this is all I can find that can help us film photographers. And since scanners create jpegs and Tiffs, and most film shooters have to pull the dust from the scans using Photoshop. A good idea would be to show the original scan, and then the edited scan to verify authenticity. Anyways, I hope you can comment on this and maybe make a video specifically for this situation. Thanks.

Very much appreciated, and loving your sites and tutorials:)
